Envisioning Freedom

“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.” Galatians 5:1

The true meaning behind “Envisioning Freedom”. We desire to see people come to know Jesus and be set free.

•••

Envisioning Freedom was officially born in 2015, shortly after Rikki shot her first wedding in 2013. Justin joined Envisioning Freedom in 2020 after Rikki convinced him to shoot a wedding with her-haha! We’ve been shooting as a husband-and-wife wedding photography team since!

It’s truly mind-blowing that we get to be a part of such beautiful, and intimate stories. Like really! We couldn’t have imagined that this would be our life.

•••

Weddings get us EVERY TIME. We’re often exclaiming on the inside (or outside), and joyously smiling so big our faces hurt. We’re not there just to take beautiful photos, but we’re there to be fully present— emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and creatively. Nothing brings our hearts more joy than seeing two beautiful people become one, before the Lord, and before all of their close friends and family.

•••

We want to capture the essence of what makes you, YOU! As a couple, we want people to see what makes your relationship unique: the inside jokes, the tickle zones, the way you make each other laugh—or annoy each other lol—and the way your love takes over and overlooks any flaws and imperfections. As a family, we want people to get a glimpse of the love and quirkiness that makes up your unit—laughter, tears, and beautiful chaos. As an individual, we want people to see the heart and depth of who you are, what brings you joy, and all the unique aspects of your personality!

•••

We want people to look at your photos and see a glimpse of who you are without even knowing you.

Client Love

“YES YES YES! That is what I said when my husband asked me to marry him, and the same thing I said when I first saw the photos of our special day captured so beautifully by Rikki and Justin. They made an effort to get to know US so that they could most accurately capture our personalities in photos and believe me, they did just that! Simply put, they took our breath away.”
